Summer Adventures #1

After much dripping of the faucet at the old white farmhouse I have decided to make another blog post.

I have completed one year of teaching in Greenville, Texas and enjoyed every minute of it. I'm looking forward to another year of working with my students. They are always a lot of fun.

One of the benefits of teaching is that you get to have the summer off, which I have almost used up. This post will attempt to document what I've done so far this summer.

After School got out in early June, I went to the Texas State Republican Convention and somehow got away with only one good picture which I have put here. It's of me and the nice fellow who put us up in a hotel. He's wearing an original hat from when Goldwater ran.

After the convention I went to a week long Hermeneutics class in Kansas City. It was with the Ezekial Project and Bruce Henning was the teacher. He did a really good job of teaching the class and I enjoyed it. While I was there I spent the week with Carl and Tisara.

More Later!
